Dr. Randolph is the founder of Blue Liaison Financial Group Inc. and directs both the Capital Markets practice and Institutional Investor Relations.

 

He received his Doctorate in Business Administration focusing on Strategic Management, under the guidance of Professor H. Igor Ansoff. Randolph joined ING Barings in 1994 where he assumed many responsibilities including Export & Project Finance, Domestic Dutch Branch, Global Risk Management and Financial Engineering/Structured Finance. While stationed in Amsterdam at the ING Head Office and in Montevideo with ING, Uruguay, he had the opportunity to work on several high-profile international deals.

 

Randolph was then appointed to the senior management team in charge of Corporate Banking at ABN AMRO, Dutch Caribbean. During his tenure there, he was actively involved in many aspects of local banking operations including commercial lending in its most fundamental form. In June 2000 he joined Ernst & Young, Dutch Caribbean to establish its corporate finance practice and held the position of Managing Director until June 2004.
